Come dancing

Oh god. I got totally suckered into the dancing show on TV1 last night. I couldn't help myself at all, it was like passing an accident. Horrible but total rubbernecking material. I managed to miss seeing Nikki Watson dance - I probably wouldn't have lasted until the end of the show had I realised. I did manage to catch Tim Shadbolt, Ewan Gilmour, Norm Hewitt (who thought his rugby mates might think him a wuss - hello!) and Georgina Beyer.

I'd like to think I'm not going to watch it again, though Sunday night telly being the complete shite it is guarantees I'll be watching the bloody final in 6 weeks time.

I also suspect Georgina won't be making the final. I'm not sure New Zealand can handle those close pelvises on a Sunday night.

I wanted to see Theresa Healey. We saw the very end recap, and she looked HOT! (And she must be approximately my age (ancient) since I recall admiring her during some of my lectures many years ago).

But there is an old rule that holds sway in my case: I do not watch anything hosted by Jason Gunn. Ever. Unless by accident & I don't realise at first that I've been suckered by decoy participants, split skirts, long legs & decolletage..

What about Jase's tinny house on Havoc? I thought that gave him a smidge of cred. That awful Alison who does the infomercials on Good Morning was a judge and she was mean. Quite liked her all of a sudden.

Theresa was hot mama. I think she might win - although Nikki Watson may win for completely different reasons.

Yeah, the tinny house sketch was a stroke of brilliance for Jason, but still no cigar.

I didn't see the show you're talking about, but I did watch one called 'Facelift' which was pretty amusing - more politics than I've been aware of in the last year, probably.

I felt I couldn't watch it because I had just watched Celebrity Treasure Island...

Caroline - My lips are sealed (HOW COULD YOU??)

And Jessie, I only saw a tiny bit in which a friend jumped around in a blue suit. I was a bit frightened.

I don't know! I don't know! It just happened. *sob*

I'm a shadow of my former self and had to watch Kill Bill 2 to recover.

Don't sweat it sister. My post is about watching the dancing, so let those in glass houses and all that.
