Dammit, but Llew was right

A while ago Llew wrote about Fairy Trina, and mentioned what a hottie she is. I just thought "oh, yeah, I'm sure she is fairylicious", but he was spot on! The fairy is a babe. And she is on everyday at the Dell entertaining the kids at 11am and 1pm - every show different.

We've been 3 times so far, and it rocked. In fact she has had me in hysterics on a number of occasions, usually when she makes a dad do something funny - today a Flashdance inspired gymnastics exercise (complete with music), and the other day a rap off, and a joust.

I'm always very careful to be down the back for that very reason. Although last time she picked me out from where I was hiding behind Rosa's back pack... but luckily the bloke 30 feet in front of me thought it was him. Heh heh.

gvamki! (Excuse me.)

We are hoping to have her to Miss Rs next birthday. She doesn't know yet (or care) but what has that got to do with it?! That fairy is coming - move over BJ Bear - get outa here Nigel Kennedy and put that wand away, there's a hot fairy in town.....

Talking of hot fairies, are you going to Hi-5 next week?

You know, those particular hot fairies don't really hold much appeal for me. Actually I think Malo (1) would probably like them, but I haven't got tickets, and fairy trina is on EVERY DAY.

And Alan, I think you were probably very lucky to not be dragged up. Although all the dads put on an excellent performance.

There was some palaver in my office related to securing front-row seats for the Hi-5 Auckland show. Sounds like the 09 could do with a Fairy Trina of its own.

Thats exactly what I thought when he said that.

My sister in law took my nieces to Hi 5 - apparently the kids take after their father (younger brother) and spent the time getting dirty at the front in the mosh pit. Meanwhile, SIL stayed up the back drinking wine with the other harried mums.

Fairy Trina scares me.

But ... surely not ... my regular tennis partner had to call off our weekend game because he rolled his ankle doing some 'weird gymnastic thing' at the Dell in the weekend.

Apparently, and this is the only part of the story I heard (so may not be Fairy Trina related, but the dates add up) he managed three quite convincing cartwheels, but then went a bit 'freeform' and went down in a heap at the end.

His ankle's now the size and colour of a decent-sized eggplant.

Be wary of Fairy Trina...

I'm sure that must be the bloke, although I think she picks on blokes quite often.
