Did you cry and cry and cry?
On the inside. I'm a bit repressed about public displays of emotion.
Actually, I cried when I watched the dvd extra bits, and they played the "Walk through (?) fire" (?) song. God I love them.
I'm not very good at remembering lyrics either.
Other bits that make me cry are
Buffy's leap to her death in The Gift (Season 5) and
Anya's song in Selfless (Season 7)
And 'Innocent' 'Becoming parts 1 and 2' in Season 2. And 'The Prom', in season 3. And the one where Oz leaves and 'The Harsh Light of Day' in season 4. And hello, 'The Body' in season 5. And 'Seeing Red' and 'Smashed' and 'Grave' in Season 6. Umm, not that I cry a lot at Buffy or anything...
I think I need to watch them again a little more analytically.
We should make a movie theatre have a weekend Buffy screening club. Wine and Buffy and weeping Buffy softies...
I'm in!
Sounds nice eh? I wonder if any theatres would be up for it.
Or I could buy a projector, and we could watch them in the back yard, wrapped in blankets (I've had this backyard theatre dream for years now)
Oooh I'd drive to Petone for that.
(And, I suppose, to meet the two of you. If I have to. Or I could just continue to stalk Em around town).
